March 2024 Driving Tour of Twin Lakes EB-5 Project: Construction Progressing Rapidly

Educating EB-5 investors and empowering them to make informed decisions is one of our priorities at EB5AN. We believe that transparency is key for EB-5 investors.

To achieve this goal, EB5AN hosted a site visit for EB-5 investors at our Twin Lakes Georgia project on March 16, 2024. Over 50 attendees from around the world visited this single-family home community for active adults and met members of the EB5AN team. (EB5AN held a similar site visit to Twin Lakes in September 2023.)

While it’s essential to review a project’s offering and financial documents, a site visit offers a unique way to verify a project’s claims. Seeing the project site in person can help you evaluate its construction quality and appeal to potential buyers.

Still, many prospective EB-5 investors live overseas and are unable to attend in-person site visits. These investors could benefit from a tour of the Twin Lakes property.

To this end, EB5AN is pleased to release a new virtual driving tour through the Twin Lakes community. The tour video provides a wide aerial view of the Twin Lakes property.

Our tour begins at the pickleball center, one of Twin Lakes’ most popular amenities. This is the largest pickleball complex in the state of Georgia. Pickleball is becoming an increasingly popular sport among the 55+ population.

The pickleball complex features 21 courts, which will gradually be expanded to 40.

Then, we drive through several of the home lots. Twin Lakes’ developer, the Kolter Group, offers a variety of home models and a high level of customization for buyers through its “Built Around You” approach.

At this point, the video provides a side-by-side comparison of the same locations in September 2023. Notice how many more home units have already been completed and the progress made in landscaping the area.

As of the end of February 2024, 612 homes had already been sold, and 475 homes had been closed and delivered to homebuyers.

The tour continues through the latest subdivisions, showing more of the completed homes. Twin Lakes has already secured a senior revolving loan. It can adjust the pace of construction according to fluctuating demand, making this an especially low-risk investment.

Throughout the driving tour, you will be able to take in the Twin Lakes community’s pristine natural setting. The property encompasses two lakes and several walking trails, creating the potential for a variety of outdoor activities.

We then drive through Twin Lakes’ community garden and mail center.

Next is the Club Cresswind Clubhouse, a state-of-the-art facility exclusively for Twin Lakes residents that recently celebrated its first anniversary. It features a gym, a lounge area, a game room, a ballroom, additional event spaces, lakeside views, and other areas for Twin Lakes residents to enjoy. A heated outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool are now available at the Clubhouse as well.

The tour ends at the Twin Lakes sales center and model homes lot. Jake Hoyle, a vice president at EB5AN, then shows us several of the model homes and floor plans, which showcase the high level of personalization available to Twin Lakes homebuyers.

Twin Lakes Makes Significant Construction Progress in Only 5 Months

The previous driving tour filmed in September 2023 featured many of the same areas shown in the March 2024 footage. As you can see when comparing both videos, the Twin Lakes project is steadily advancing toward completion.

The overall sales volume increased significantly from September 2023 to the end of February 2024, with 49 new home sales during this period.
