What is the role of EB5 Affiliate Network (EB5AN)?

We also work with project developers and entrepreneurs seeking to structure their own EB-5 projects and obtain regional center sponsorship.
What geographical areas do EB5AN’s USCIS-authorized regional centers cover?
EB5AN owns and operate 15 USCIS-authorized Regional Centers that cover more than 25 states and Washington D.C. For a map and a complete list of the geographical areas that our regional centers cover, please refer to our regional center approvals page, where you can also view the official USCIS Form I-924 designation letters for each our regional centers. You can also refer to the official USCIS approved regional centers page which which lists all of the USCIS-authorized regional centers in good standing.

EB5AN has connected eligible foreign investors and actively oversees capital deployment in over 10 real estate development projects in various stages of development. Can I speak with the Managing Partners of EB5AN?
Yes. We understand how important an EB-5 investment is for our clients and so our Managing Partners are happy to speak with individual investor clients. Please contact us to speak with our team and schedule a discussion with our Managing Partners.
What countries do EB5AN’s investors come from?
EB-5 investors sponsored by our regional centers come from over 40 different countries around the world. For a complete list and a map showing all of our investors’ countries of origin, please refer to our investors page.
Does EB5AN recommend or offer legal counsel for investors?
We encourage our investors to use experienced, immigration counsel that is independent and not associated with any regional center. EB-5 investors should be very cautious of immigration attorneys associated with a regional center, as the relationship would be a conflict of interest. We can provide a list of experienced, non-affiliated immigration attorneys that we are comfortable recommending. To learn more, please refer to our immigration attorneys page.
Are all of EB5AN’s EB-5 projects located in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs)?
To date, all of our EB-5 projects have been located in TEAs, where the current minimum required investment amount is $900,000 per investor, rather than $1.8 million. Prior to November 21, 2019, the minimum required investment amount was $500,000 per investor, rather than $1.0 million.
What is the administrative fee for EB5AN projects?
Administrative fees vary depending on the EB-5 project. Administrative fee information is provided in writing in each project’s offering documents.
