Highlights from Bay Creek’s July 1–15 Calendar

Bay Creek is a luxury master-planned community located in Cape Charles, Virginia, and the latest EB-5 project sponsored by EB5AN. As a designated rural targeted employment area (TEA) project, Bay Creek offers foreign investors a fast-tracked path to a U.S. Green Card through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

But Bay Creek isn’t just a promising, future investment opportunity. It’s already a thriving, close-knit community where residents enjoy an active and enriching lifestyle year-round. EB5AN encourages investors to experience firsthand the sights and sounds of Bay Creek on August 27–28, with a senior team member on site to answer questions.

From holiday festivities to nature walks and group golf outings, Bay Creek kicked off July 2025 with an impressive lineup of community events. Over the first two weeks of the month, residents enjoyed a mix of outdoor fun, social gatherings, and patriotic celebrations that showcased what this vibrant coastal community has to offer.

In this post, we will take a look back at the highlights.

Golf Events and Friendly Competition

The month began with a Ladies League Play Day on July 1, where players teed off at 9:00 AM for a relaxed 9-hole round followed by a lunch specially prepared for the league. The mid-month Ladies League Guest Play Day on July 15 also welcomed members and their guests for another round of golf and good company.

The highlight of the season was the 2025 Bay Creek Club Championship, held on July 12 and 13. The event featured two rounds of stroke play across the Palmer and Nicklaus courses. With divisions for every age and skill level—including men’s and women’s regular, senior, and super senior—the tournament fostered friendly competition. Registration included catered meals, drink tickets, tee gifts, and access to the prize pool, making this one of the community’s most anticipated events of the summer.

Spectators lined the sidewalks to vote for their favorites.

Later that evening, pups took center stage during Yappy Hour, with drinks on the Coach House Tavern patio, doggie gift bags, toys, and a playful agility course.
