Wohali Utah Rural EB-5 Project: January 2024 Construction Update

Phase 1A of the Wohali project, which comprises 25 real estate lots, is nearly sold out, and Phase 1B is already open for sale. The remaining phases are in the process of either initiating the sales process or being recorded in Utah’s Summit County.

Sotheby’s reports that, in 2023, land prices around Park City increased to $1.2 million per acre, an increase of approximately 16% year over year. The average price of homes sold in 2023 increased to approximately $4 million, with an average price per square foot of over $900—a 13% year-over-year increase.
