Ahmed has a broad understanding of immigration law and more than a decade of experience in EB-5 matters, including project due diligence, project selection, and investor source of funds.
- Tara Niu, Vice President for Investor Affairs and Global Partnerships
Tara has firsthand experience with U.S. immigration being an immigrant herself, living for more than 20 years in the U.S. She leads the expansion of EB5AN’s marketing efforts in China market. She has over 10 years of experience in the EB-5 industry as a regional center executive. Tara has extensive experience in EB-5 regional center operation, offering structuring, compliance, and project oversight.
- Jeremy Shackle, Director for Consulting and Regional Center Affiliation
Jeremy oversees EB5AN’s compliance function and manages business development for more than 15 regional centers with 150+ sponsored projects. He oversees the production of EB-5 investment offerings for the firm’s clients and manages relationships with regional center affiliates.
