The Madison model at Spring Haven also earned a Silver OBIE for Single-Family Detached homes. As the top-selling plan in the Carson Collection, the 2,058-square-foot home blends modern farmhouse style with open layouts, a chef-inspired kitchen, luxurious owner’s suite, 15-foot folding glass doors to an extended lanai, and a versatile upstairs bonus room with full bath.
