Developed by Kolter Multifamily, a division of The Kolter Group, this project is supported by a seasoned team with a track record of over 100 completed residential developments and more than 27,000 units delivered. Construction Progress
Construction efforts continued to move forward in October 2025, with substantial groundwork and permitting developments taking place.
At this stage, all necessary permits have been secured, with the exception of the Building Permit and FDOT approval. The Building Permit is anticipated to be received this month, keeping the project on track.
On-site, earthwork operations remain active. Excavation of the pond has been fully completed. Installation of underground sanitary and stormwater utility systems is also progressing steadily.
With major earthwork completed and underground utility work underway, the project is transitioning smoothly through its construction phases.
