Highlights From Bay Creek’s July 15 – 31 Calendar

Bay Creek is a luxury master-planned community in Cape Charles, Virginia, and the latest EB-5 project sponsored by EB5AN. As a rural targeted employment area (TEA), Bay Creek offers foreign investors a faster path to U.S. permanent residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

In addition to its strong fundamentals as an EB-5 investment, Bay Creek is already home to a growing community of residents who enjoy an active and engaging lifestyle. The second half of July featured another round of seasonal programming, from tournaments and tastings to family events and town discussions.

As a rural EB-5 offering with a senior loan, Bay Creek qualifies for a lower investment amount and priority processing. With construction already underway and a strong lifestyle foundation in place, the project offers a rare combination of personal appeal and financial security.
