The Nationals competition is hosted by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) on behalf of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). These awards recognize outstanding achievements in marketing, design, and homebuilding.
Silver Award winners are the highest vote earners in each category. Silver Award winners also serve as finalists for the Gold Awards, which will be presented at The Nationals ceremony at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on February 25, 2025, during the International Builders’ Show.
One of the awards Kolter Homes won this year was Best Community Welcome Center for Cresswind at Spring Haven.
Kolter’s second award came in the 55+ Community Lifestyle Director of the Year category and went to Chelsea Cabasal, who serves as the Lifestyle Director at Twin Lakes Georgia, a best-in-class rural EB-5 project sponsored by EB5AN and one of the most successful EB-5 projects on the market.
