The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has long been the largest community for professionals in the field of immigration law, guiding and educating on the complexities and nuances of immigration policies.
AILA, established in 1946, is a national association of over 16,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law. This organization’s commitment to legal education, advocacy for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, and high standards of professional conduct are exemplary.
EB5AN proudly sponsored this year’s AILA South Florida holiday party in Miami, Florida. EB5AN has been a consistent supporter of many AILA events over the years. The holiday party was no exception, and it provided an excellent platform for reconnecting with friends and colleagues within the industry.
Sam Silverman, Founder and Managing Partner of EB5AN, was happy to be to speak at this year’s event. As a licensed Florida attorney himself, Sam has participated in many AILA events and spoke about EB5AN’s 10-year history working with almost 3,000 investors from more than 60 countries, and partnering with Kolter, one of the largest developers in South Florida, on more than 10 real estate development projects—all of which have been successful with a perfect track record of creating more than enough jobs for all EB-5 investors in those projects.
