Will new investors filing I-526E today face a future backlog in a rural or high unemployment TEA projects, especially for Chinese and Indian investors?
We are pleased to empower EB-5 investors with the data and an illustrative analysis and key conclusions to help address these questions.
The new data includes the volume of new I-526(+E) filings from $800K investors post RIA as well as country of chargeability. For example, we now know how many investors from China chose rural projects, as well as how much China represents of the total EB-5 market.
Leveraging this new data, we have prepared a forward-looking analysis based on an estimated ~2.5 visas per EB-5 investor to forecast how many available visas will be used by EB-5 investors who have already submitted I-526(+E)s.
Special thanks to the American Immigrant Investor Alliance who filed multiple FOIA requests for data from USCIS to obtain and publish this invaluable data for the benefit of the EB-5 program community.
