EB5AN connects eligible foreign investors with real estate development projects designed to fulfill the job creation and at-risk requirements of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We also work with project developers and entrepreneurs seeking to structure their own EB-5 projects and obtain regional center sponsorship.
EB5AN owns and operates 10+ USCIS-authorized regional centers that cover more than 30 states and Washington, D.C. For a map and a complete list of the geographical areas that our regional centers cover, please refer to our EB-5 Regional Centers page, where you can also view the official USCIS designation letters for each of our regional centers. You can also refer to the official USCIS approved regional centers page, which lists all the USCIS-authorized regional centers in good standing.
EB5AN invests primarily in institutional-quality real estate development projects since we strongly believe that this asset class in general has historically provided the lowest immigration and financial risk for our investor clients.
EB5AN has connected eligible foreign investors and actively oversees capital deployment in more than 25 EB-5 projects in various stages of development. Additionally, EB5AN regional centers sponsor more than 150 EB-5 projects.
As of May 2023, EB5AN regional centers sponsor more than 2,300 investors from over 60 countries, representing more than $1 billion in invested capital across projects with a total development value in excess of $4 billion.
Yes. We understand how important an EB-5 investment is for our clients, so our managing partners are happy to speak with individual investor clients. Please use this link to schedule a call directly with one of our managing partners.
EB-5 investors sponsored by our regional centers come from more than 60 different countries. We have offices in the United States, India, Brazil, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, and China.
We encourage our investors to use experienced immigration counsel that is independent and not associated with any regional center. EB-5 investors should be very cautious of immigration attorneys associated with a regional center, as the relationship would be a conflict of interest. Visit our Immigration Attorneys page to learn how to find the right attorney for you. To request a list of experienced EB-5 immigration attorneys we have direct experience with and whose services we are pleased to endorse, please contact the EB5AN team. You can also reach us via phone, text, or WhatsApp at +1 (561) 386-5356 or by email.
To date, all our EB-5 projects have been located in TEAs, where the current minimum required investment amount is $800,000 per investor, rather than $1.05 million.
Administrative fees vary depending on the EB-5 project. Administrative fee information is provided in writing in each project’s offering documents.
