Construction Progress
December 2025 marked continued advancement across both permitting and construction activities, with substantial progress achieved in site work and vertical construction.
All major permits have been secured. Notably, Site Plan Approval (SPA) and utility permits for water main and wastewater were issued. The FDOT Drainage & Driveway Permit and Building Permits were issued, keeping the project fully entitled and on schedule.
Site clearing and structure demolition are 100% complete. Earthwork has progressed to approximately 95%, while storm drainage, sanitary utilities, and water installation have each reached 95% completion. Curbing, paving, and final grading are planned for upcoming months.
Vertical construction has continued to advance significantly:
