Construction Progress
Construction activity at Rocky River advanced steadily through December, with crews maintaining momentum on both the North and South sides of the site.
On the South side, work progressed from the completion of storm drain installation and roadway paving in November into continued fine grading and power system installation in December. Crews also initiated construction of the community’s entry monuments and guard houses, while early electrical installations supporting the pump stations moved forward. The project team also prepared to record the final plat for the South side.
Meanwhile, on the North side, crews continued installation of underground power throughout both months, maintaining a consistent pace. Offsite utility work along Coley Store Road also advanced, with the water main moving into the tie-in and testing phase, while construction of the offsite forced main continued in parallel.
Work also progressed on the pump stations, with electrical installations beginning and further advancing the infrastructure that will serve the broader community.
With multiple infrastructure systems advancing simultaneously and major sitework activities nearing completion, Rocky River remains on track as it moves into the next phase of development in early 2026.
