EB5AN to Host In-Person Site Visit to Twin Lakes EB-5 Project on March 16, 2024

EB5AN is hosting an in-person site visit to its Twin Lakes Georgia project on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 12:00–4:00 PM ET. Register to reserve your spot; space is limited.

EB-5 investors, immigration attorneys, and promoters from around the world are invited to tour Twin Lakes, a single-family home community developed by the Kolter Group.

During the event, attendees will meet EB5AN managing partners Sam Silverman and Mike Schoenfeld, as well as top EB-5 immigration attorneys in person. They will also get a firsthand look at the project’s remarkable success, high-quality homes, and fast pace of construction, while having all their EB-5 immigration and investment questions answered in one afternoon.

Besides basic information about the project and the EB-5 program, invitees will learn why Twin Lakes Georgia is one of the most compelling rural EB-5 projects on the market today.

It is also important to note that this event is taking place two weeks prior to the upcoming USCIS price increase of April 1, 2024, where filing fees for EB-5 investor petitions will triple. By attending the on-site visit, potential EB-5 investors will have enough time to finalize their decision to join the Twin Lakes project and take advantage of the opportunity to make a partial investment of less than $800,000, locking in an early priority date at the lower USCIS filing fee of $3,675 instead of $11,160.

Why Are In-Person Site Visits Important?

At EB5AN, we believe EB-5 investors should have access to as much information as possible—including in-person visits—to make an informed investment decision.

Given the substantial financial commitment the EB-5 program requires, investors aim to secure both immigration benefits and a timely return on investment.

Selecting an EB-5 project with strong financials that meets all USCIS requirements is key to investor success. This is why the project selection process is a crucial step for every EB-5 applicant.

During project selection, investors should carefully review the project’s offering documents and conduct thorough research on the developer. However, an in-person site visit is one of the best ways to gain insight into an EB-5 project’s potential.

Being physically present on-site enables investors to directly assess a project’s progress and quality, which may differ from what is claimed in reports or promotional materials. Site visits also give investors a sense of location, infrastructure, and surroundings, confirming that they match the promised growth potential.

Additionally, visiting the site allows for observing community dynamics and demographic trends surrounding the project. Gauging the local market demand, employment opportunities, and the socio-economic landscape can be key to estimating the project’s success.

Twin Lakes Site Visit Benefits and Itinerary

While many EB-5 projects on the market are in the very early stages of development (or have not started construction at all), Twin Lakes has sold over 600 homes and is already profitable. To date, over 460 homes have been completed and delivered to homebuyers. All major amenities have been constructed.

The site visit on March 16 will give potential investors a chance to see Twin Lakes’ success firsthand, while they get to meet and network with other like-minded EB-5 investors who have already invested in the Twin Lakes project or are considering doing so.

Sam, Mike, and top EB-5 attorneys will answer questions about EB-5 investments in Twin Lakes, the project’s financials, source of funds requirements, and the EB-5 immigration process.

The event will start with a tour of 15 fully furnished model homes. Then attendees will visit the amenities, including the Twin Lakes’ state-of-the-art clubhouse and pickleball facility, the largest in the state of Georgia.
