Twin Lakes now features one of the largest pickleball facilities in Georgia, tennis courts, and a broad range of recreational offerings that support resident engagement and long-term appeal.

As of January 31, 2026, 858 homes have been sold, and 750 homes have been delivered. The more than 100 homes currently under contract will be built and delivered over the next year.
