Highlights From Bay Creek’s November 15-30 Calendar

Bay Creek closed out November with a full lineup of gatherings, seasonal activities, and community programs that brought members together across the property. From festive dining options to outdoor adventures and creative workshops, there was something for everyone to enjoy as the holiday season approached.

Here’s a look at some of the highlights from Bay Creek during the last two weeks of November.

Weekly Gatherings at the Coach House Tavern

The Coach House Tavern offered a steady rotation of themed evenings and social gatherings throughout the month. Sunday Football Specials returned on November 16 and again on November 23, giving members a casual way to enjoy full-day game coverage with friends. Martini Night on November 19 added a midweek treat, while Prime Rib Night on November 20 paired the Tavern’s signature entrée with a wine promotion.

The week of Thanksgiving brought even more activity. Music Bingo drew an enthusiastic crowd on November 25, and the 80s-themed Friendsgiving Karaoke night on November 26 became one of the most spirited events of the season. The Tavern operated from 8 AM to 3 PM on Thanksgiving Day with a special menu, and celebrations continued on November 28 with Black Friday bar specials, a wine sale, and a 3 PM football showing.

Community Conversations

On November 19, residents were invited to “Cocktails and a Chat,” hosted in the Chesapeake Room by Councilwoman Tara Ashworth. Councilman Grossman shared updates on workforce housing plans, while Town Manager Rick Keuroglian presented information on the town’s upcoming survey. The gathering offered members an opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and stay connected to the ongoing growth and planning in Cape Charles.

Movie Nights & Seasonal Entertainment

Chesapeake Hall hosted a special Dinner & Movie event on November 21 featuring Planes, Trains & Automobiles. The film played on the hall’s 85-inch screen, giving members an immersive viewing experience paired with a themed dinner buffet. With a cash bar available and a relaxed, festive atmosphere, the evening provided a memorable late-November gathering.

Nature, Wellness & Outdoor Exploration

Bay Creek’s outdoor programming remained a highlight of the month. On November 21, Ranger Stan led a guided kayak experience along Old Plantation Creek, giving members a calm and scenic paddle through one of Bay Creek’s most peaceful natural areas.

The Nature Preserve also hosted a Plant ID Hike & Sketch on November 20, where participants learned about native plants, restoration efforts, and forest succession. They practiced identifying trees by leaves, bark, and habitat, with many documenting their observations in sketchbooks.

Thanksgiving morning brought the annual Turkey Trot at 8 AM on November 27. Runners and walkers enjoyed the crisp fall weather along a route through the Nature Preserve, with a portion of proceeds supporting the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.

To round out the month, Bay Creek celebrated the opening of its newly installed saunas on November 28, offering members a welcome new wellness amenity just in time for the colder season.

Arts, Creativity & Social Fun

On November 18, Bay Creek residents gathered in the Nature Preserve for a plein air paint-and-wine workshop. With supplies provided and a glass of wine included, the relaxed afternoon invited participants of all skill levels to create landscape-inspired works in a serene outdoor setting.

The month also featured the Fall Fest Bonfire on November 22 at Base Camp. With live music by Haywires, a treasure hunt for children, and a glowing evening fire, it was one of the season’s most anticipated family-friendly events.

An Exceptional Rural EB-5 Opportunity

As November came to a close, Bay Creek once again showed what makes it such a compelling place to live. With nature programs, creative workshops, community discussions, family events, and warm seasonal gatherings, members enjoyed a lifestyle rooted in connection, comfort, and the natural beauty of Virginia’s Eastern Shore.

This strong residential appeal is also a major reason Bay Creek continues to stand out as a rural EB-5 project. The project’s institutional-grade senior loan structure adds an additional layer of security for investors, reinforcing the strength and predictability behind the development. And with its rural TEA designation, Bay Creek benefits from faster USCIS processing and access to reserved visa categories—an important advantage for investors seeking immigration clarity and a proven project backed by visible momentum.
