A Direct Conversation with EB5AN’s Leadership Team

This live, interactive session is designed for prospective EB-5 investors who want to engage directly with EB5AN’s senior management. Attendees can submit questions throughout the event and receive answers from EB5AN’s executive team on the spot.

In addition to the live Q&A, the discussion will cover several important topics shaping the EB-5 landscape:

  • Current EB-5 petition trends — including updates on I-526E adjudication data and what they mean for investors.
  • Recent USCIS developments — insights into how new policy guidance under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) impacts regional centers and project timelines.
  • Rural vs. urban EB-5 projects — key differences in timing and visa availability to help investors make informed decisions.
  • Choosing the right immigration attorney — practical guidance from EB5AN’s Senior Vice President, Ahmed Khan, a former immigration attorney with more than 10 years of EB-5 experience.

EB5AN’s “Office Hours” session offers direct, transparent discussions with experienced EB-5 professionals.
