  • The EB-5 loan is secured with a 100% equity pledge and senior mortgages on property in Tamarack Resort.
  • USCIS has approved the I-956F exemplar applications for Tamarack Resort. 
  • The project has already created over 2,336 EB-5 eligible jobs, far more than needed for all EB-5 investors to obtain their Green Cards.
  • A senior construction loan is already in place, and the project is fully funded.
  • Construction is ongoing, with 103 of 128 village condominiums sold and closed since 2020 representing $100+ million in real estate sales.

  • The project enjoys a substantial job surplus with 2,966 total jobs at completion; only 1,000 jobs are needed for 100 EB-5 investors.

  • Rocky River is one of 20+ prior EB-5 regional center projects by EB5AN and Kolter, with all such prior projects achieving 100% financial success and USCIS project approval.
  • Each EB-5 investor’s 5-year EB-5 loan term starts on release to the project and is independent from other EB-5 investors’ loan terms.
  • The EB-5 loan has a repayment guaranty from a diversified Kolter parent company.
  • The project is expected to create over 7,020 EB-5 eligible jobs, far more than needed for all EB-5 investors to obtain their Green Cards.
