Mark Feriante, EB-5 Industry Veteran Joins EB5AN

EB5AN is pleased to announce that Mark Feriante, most recently a Manager on the Development and Community Advisory Services—Capital Formation Team at Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP (Baker Tilly), has joined EB5AN as a Vice President to support the preparation of EB-5 investment offerings.

Mr. Feriante brings over 11 years of experience in the EB-5 industry, having previously worked with Wright Johnson, a leading EB-5 consulting firm, as well as an immigration law firm where he specialized in EB-5 program cases.

As a Manager at Baker Tilly, Mr. Feriante provided economic and business plan consulting, leading a team of economists, analysts, researchers, and writers. In that role, he helped oversee the preparation of over 1,500 economic studies and 1,700 business plans for primarily real estate projects that collectively raised over $3 billion in EB-5 capital.

Mr. Feriante possesses a comprehensive perspective for achieving EB-5 program success from all key stakeholders. This includes the EB-5 professional team, issuer, broker-dealer, investor, developer, and USCIS adjudicator.

Mr. Feriante holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management and a J.D. from Southwestern Law School.

“We are thrilled to have Mark join our team.” His extensive experience in the EB-5 industry will be invaluable as we continue to expand our team and provide both compelling and transparent EB-5 investment offerings to the market,” said Sam Silverman, managing partner of EB5AN. EB5AN is a leading EB-5 investment fund manager, regional center operator, and consultancy.

“Over the last 11 years, EB5AN has experienced unmatched growth in the EB-5 industry made possible by a relentless focus on providing transparent EB-5 investment opportunities with top-tier real estate developers structured to reduce both immigration and financial risk for EB-5 investors. I am very excited to help build upon this successful foundation,” said Mr. Feriante.
