EB5AN is pleased to announce that Brian Zirulnikoff, most recently the Chief Marketing Officer at GoVisa EB-5, has joined EB5AN as the Director of LATAM to help streamline and ramp up our marketing operations, as well as expand capital sourcing partnerships in Latin America and other markets. Mr. Zirulnikoff has over 11 years of experience in all aspects of the EB-5 industry, including project structuring, case preparation, risk mitigation, compliance and source of funds in markets with capital export restrictions.
Prior to joining EB5AN, Mr. Zirulnikoff was the Director of LATAM Marketing Operations with Dynaxe Capital. He also served as the Vice President of Business Development and Senior EB-5 Paralegal for Rahbaran & Associates, PLLC, a former top 25 EB-5 immigration law firm. Mr. Zirulnikoff holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University. Mr. Zirulnikoff’s father immigrated from Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1974 on a similar investor visa and proudly considers himself to be a product of the system,taking great joy in helping other families do the same. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
