For families and individuals exploring a U.S. Green Card through investment, few things are more valuable than sitting across the table from people who work in EB-5 every day. On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, EB5AN is hosting a free, private meet-and-learn over coffee in Huntersville, North Carolina, led by Keith Thomas, EB5AN’s Vice President of Sales, together with Paul Chen, Partner at Meyer Law Group.
Seating is capped at six attendees, so every guest gets real time with both speakers, including one-on-one conversation. If you are in the Charlotte area and considering EB-5, this is a rare chance to get your specific questions answered in person.

What to Expect
This is a small, private session over coffee, not a seminar hall presentation. The afternoon opens with a short group discussion, then moves into open Q&A where you can put your questions to Keith and Paul both in the group and privately, one-on-one. They will address the EB-5 process itself, source of funds preparation, and immigration timing, and the intimate format means the conversation follows what attendees actually want to know.
Topics for Discussion
Attendees can expect to cover, among other subjects:
- How an $800,000 regional center investment can lead to a U.S. Green Card for you and your immediate family
- Direct guidance from an experienced EB-5 immigration attorney on filing strategy and working with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Current, up-to-date expectations on timelines, source of funds requirements, and the risks and benefits of an EB-5 investment
- Your own most pressing EB-5 questions, raised and answered in a confidential setting
- Why more than 3,000 families from over 70 countries have chosen EB5AN-sponsored projects
Who Should Attend
The session is designed especially for H-1B, L-1, and F-1 visa holders, professionals and students who are already in the United States and want a permanent path that does not depend on an employer, a lottery, or a decades-long queue. That said, anyone seriously weighing an EB-5 investment will find the discussion useful.
Why Attend
EB-5 offers a package of benefits that few other immigration routes can match. The session will walk through them in practical terms, including:
- Green Cards for the investor along with their spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21
- Full rights to settle and take employment in any part of the country
- Qualification for government programs at both the federal and state level
- A path to naturalization as a U.S. citizen once five years have passed
- Entry to over 170 countries without a visa once holding a U.S. passport
- Better prospects when applying to American universities, plus in-state tuition savings at public schools
- An eventual route for other relatives to join the family in the United States
You will also be introduced to an experienced EB-5 immigration attorney in person. Every EB-5 investor needs qualified counsel to prepare the source of funds report and file the visa petition with USCIS, and meeting an attorney early, before any money moves, is one of the smartest first steps in the process.
