The EB-5 immigrant investor program is a U.S. visa program designed to encourage foreign investment that creates U.S. jobs.

By making a qualifying EB-5 investment that creates 10 jobs for U.S. workers, a foreign investor and his or her family will become eligible to immigrate to the United States and receive permanent resident status.

What Is the EB-5 Investment Amount?
