Construction Progress
Site work at Terra Ceia advanced toward completion in June. Site clearing, structure demolition, and earthwork are all 100% complete. Storm drainage, sanitary, and water infrastructure also remain at full completion. Curbing has progressed to approximately 30%, paving operations continue, and final grading has reached approximately 30% completion.
Vertical construction continues to move forward across all buildings and the clubhouse, with each structure at a distinct phase.
The Clubhouse is the most advanced structure on site. Exterior finishes are complete, and work has shifted to hardscape, landscaping, and interior finishes. Amenity spaces are typically among the last components delivered, so the Clubhouse reaching this stage indicates the project is on track.
Building 5 is the furthest along among the residential structures. Exterior finishes are ongoing, cabinets and paint are complete, and MEP trim and second trim are underway, indicating it is approaching completion.
Building 1 has drywall complete and has moved into trim and cabinets, with exterior finishes still ongoing. Building 2 is at the same stage, with drywall complete and trim and cabinets underway while exterior finishes continue in parallel.
Buildings 3 and 4 have both completed framing and are moving into the next phase. Building 3 has exterior finishes and drywall both underway. Building 4 is focused on exterior finishes and insulation. Both buildings are following a normal construction sequence and are progressing as expected.
With vertical work advancing across all buildings and the clubhouse, Terra Ceia continues to progress toward delivery.
