EB5AN’s Track Record of Regional Center Success: Multiple Form I-956F and I-526E Approvals

As an EB-5 investor, you deserve to work with an experienced regional center that you can trust—a regional center with a track record of success that understands the process of ensuring I-526E and I-829 petition approval.

For the past decade, EB5AN has strived to consistently raise the standard for regional centers in the EB-5 industry. We have provided tools and resources to help investors make better, more informed choices, we have led the industry in promoting transparency and access to information, and we have set the example for what high-quality, low-risk EB-5 projects look like.

We are proud to have a record that shows our commitment to EB-5 investors.

Our record speaks for itself. We have received five Form I-956F project exemplar approvals since the passage of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (the RIA). USCIS approved all five of these applications without issuing any requests for evidence (RFEs).

In addition, many of our investors have had their Form I-526E immigrant petitions approved.

In this article, we briefly summarize our record with USCIS and then explain why our record matters. Finally, we discuss how our record sets us apart from other regional center operators.

EB5AN’s Track Record with USCIS

EB5AN has a decade-long track record of success with USCIS. All of EB5AN’s managed regional center projects have enjoyed a 100% project approval rate. EB5AN received numerous project exemplar approvals under the EB-5 program’s pre-RIA rules. And, as mentioned earlier, since the RIA went into effect, EB5AN has received five Form I-956F approvals for its projects—without any RFEs.

Specifically, EB5AN has received multiple I-956F project exemplar approvals for our now-closed Saltaire St. Petersburg luxury condominium project. We have also received multiple I-956F approvals for the Twin Lakes Georgia and Wohali Utah single-family home developments.

In addition to project exemplar approvals, many investors in EB5AN’s current projects have received Form I-526E approvals.

Additionally, over the years, EB5AN has successfully applied for and expanded its regional center coverage to include the entire continental United States. EB5AN believes it is critical to be able to identify, structure, and sponsor EB-5 projects across the country to find the best opportunities to reduce immigration and financial risk.

Why EB5AN’s Track Record with USCIS Matters

EB5AN’s long record of success with USCIS gives EB-5 investors confidence that they can trust us with their immigration process. As stated above, this track record includes multiple project approvals—both before and after the RIA—numerous Form I-526E approvals for our projects’ investors, and regional center license approvals across the country.

Project Approvals

As a regional center operator, we are responsible for ensuring that each EB-5 project sponsored by EB5AN is structured in compliance with EB-5 program rules. Our record of multiple Form I-956F project exemplar approvals indicates that EB5AN is properly structuring its projects.

Since the project details are pre-approved by USCIS, Form I-956F approval should greatly increase investors’ confidence in these projects. When USCIS approves Form I-956F for a project, this government agency is saying it has reviewed the project’s documents and found them to comply with the EB-5 program.

This means that when an EB-5 investor in that project submits their Form I-526E, the project component of their application is already approved. As a result, only the investor’s personal qualifications need to be approved by USCIS.

A consistent, long-term record of project approvals means lower immigration risk for EB-5 investors.

EB-5 Investor Approvals

EB-5 investor approvals add another layer of confirmation that a project is properly structured. EB5AN has a strong track record of current and past projects with Form I-526E approvals. We provide our EB-5 investors with all of the information and documents necessary to file a successful I-526E immigrant application.

While Form I-526E approval will depend largely on investor eligibility, we do everything in our power to support our EB-5 investors such as helping them find an experienced and independent EB-5 immigration attorney. Their success is our success.

While past I-526E approvals cannot guarantee future success, our record reveals a pattern that you can use to assess our performance and decide whether to work with us on your immigration journey.

Regional Center Approvals

EB5AN also has a record of successfully applying for regional center licenses. EB5AN now has regional centers covering the entire continental United States. A record of multiple regional center approvals shows that EB5AN has in-depth industry knowledge and expertise. We know how to build and operate successful regional centers that sponsor high-quality, low-risk EB-5 projects in multiple markets.

EB5AN has been able to expand its regional center coverage through its deep understanding of the EB-5 program, the reliability of our processes, and the high quality of our documentation.

At EB5AN, we have a proven record of assembling regional center and project documents reliably, accurately, and successfully.

How EB5AN’s Track Record Sets Us Apart from Other Regional Centers

EB5AN was founded to meet the need for higher-quality projects that present lower risk to EB-5 investors. Our record demonstrates that, time and again, we have risen to our aspirations, offering EB-5 investors best-in-class, USCIS-approved projects.

Everyone says they are trustworthy; it is an easy thing to say but a hard thing to prove. We believe our record proves that EB-5 investors can trust us with their immigration journey.

EB5AN is also different from most other regional centers in that we have five approved Form I-956F applications—and more on the way.

We carefully examined the new requirements of the EB-5 program under the RIA, and were quick to file initial applications when the RIA introduced the new forms. Notably, we have received no RFEs from USCIS for any of our Form I-956F applications. For us, the project exemplar application process has been relatively seamless.

Another quality that sets us apart is our scope. Many regional centers operate in a single area and focus on a single type of project. In contrast, our extensive experience structuring successful EB-5 projects has resulted in Form I-956F approvals in multiple geographic markets, including Florida, Georgia, and Utah. Furthermore, we have received approvals for various types of projects, including single-family home communities and luxury urban condominiums.

If you are looking for a regional center you can trust, you need to consider its track record. At EB5AN, we believe our track record speaks for itself with a 100% USCIS approval rate on all of our EB-5 regional center projects.
