Making an EB-5 investment is a major decision. How do you know you can trust an EB-5 project with your money?
You can—and should—review a project’s documents. But words on a page often fail to give a clear picture of how a project is doing. If you are like many EB-5 investors, you wish you could see a project for yourself.
On September 24, 2023, EB5AN is pleased to offer prospective EB-5 investors a rare opportunity to visit the Twin Lakes Georgia rural EB-5 project site.
At EB5AN, we believe transparency leads to better decisions. We want you to have all the information you need to choose an EB-5 project you trust. That is why we are hosting a site visit and tour led by members of the developer team, the EB-5 regional center sponsor, and an immigration attorney.
In this article, we will briefly explain why you don’t want to miss this opportunity. Then, we will provide the key details about this event: when and where it will happen, who will be present, and what you’ll discover during your visit.
Why You Do Not Want to Miss This Opportunity
Site visits for potential EB-5 investors are rare. Why is this the case?
Hosting an event like this takes work, and some EB-5 regional centers and project developers do not want to take the time and effort. Beyond this, many projects being marketed to EB-5 investors are not even under construction yet—or they are in the early stages and have no real progress to show.
But EB5AN and the Twin Lakes Georgia rural EB-5 project are different. EB5AN believes in giving you as much information as we can before you choose an EB-5 project. We think you are worth that extra time and effort. And because EB5AN partners only with exceptional developers like Kolter on best-in-class projects like Twin Lakes, we are proud to offer site visits to potential EB-5 investors like you.
This Twin Lakes Georgia site visit is a great way for you to get to know the project, its developer (Kolter), and its EB-5 regional center sponsor (EB5AN). You will get to see the status of the project firsthand. And Kolter and EB5AN will be available to answer all of your questions.
When Is the Site Visit?
The Twin Lakes Georgia investor project visit is Sunday, September 24, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT. If you fly into Atlanta, you will need to account for about an hour drive to the project site.
Where Is the Twin Lakes Georgia EB-5 Project Site?
The project is located in the town of Hoschton, Georgia, a suburb northeast of Atlanta.
Following is the project’s address:

What Will You Discover on the Tour?
Twin Lakes is an award-winning Cresswind branded community. This tour will show you why.
As you drive to the project site, you will get a sense for the area, its climate, and its appeal to prospective home buyers. On site, you will find an active community with a state of the art clubhouse and other top amenities. The community also features Georgia’s largest private pickleball complex.
While we offer regular project updates, these simply do not compare to an in-person visit. You will see that construction is proceeding as described. As of August 2023, 550 homes have been sold. Of these, 409 have been completed and successfully delivered to home buyers.
In addition to what you will see, this tour is also an opportunity to ask questions. You will be able to ask questions about the project and its status, plans, and more. Sam Silverman will be available to answer any questions you have about the EB-5 investment. And Ahmed Khan will be able to answer general EB-5 program and immigration questions.
