Construction Progress
Construction at ONE Tampa continues to make steady progress, with several key milestones reached in June and early July.
On June 5, 2025, the building shell permit was officially issued, allowing vertical construction to advance. Shortly after, excavation was completed for the main pile cap, which will support the building’s core structure and elevator banks. This 10-foot-thick foundation element—requiring more than 1,500 cubic yards of concrete—was poured in a single day, forming the structural backbone of the tower.
Pile cap activity continued across the site. At PC-19, the main core shear wall forms were set, and rebar was placed in preparation for the first vertical lift.
RSI had commenced decking operations for the second-level slab. Pour 1, covering the west side of the structure, was completed on July 7, 2025.

Condominium Sales
The project has already presold 116 of its 225 condominiums, representing 52% of its total inventory. Buyers are required to pay non-refundable deposits totaling 25% of the purchase price, which means the ONE Tampa project is already generating substantial revenue from sales.
