Construction Progress
In February, the Rocky River project reached several key milestones. Construction crews fully excavated Pond H and continued sewer main installation on the north side, where cut-and-fill grading also progressed. These efforts paved the way for improved site infrastructure, highlighted by the start of storm drainage installation in that same area. Meanwhile, on the south side, the team successfully installed a 72-inch stream crossing to bolster water management.
Looking ahead to March, clearing and grubbing for the offsite sewer area will begin, followed by the installation of the offsite forced main. Crews will keep up the momentum on the north side through ongoing grading, sewer installation, and storm drain construction. At the same time, grading operations will kick off on the south side, ensuring continued progress and development across the entire Rocky River site.

Moreover, because residents are typically homeowners with significant equity in their previous homes, they have greater purchasing power.
Baby boomers are the wealthiest demographic in the United States, owning a reported $18 trillion in housing wealth—more than triple that of millennials. With ample savings and home equity, many of these seniors make substantial down payments, and often buy new homes in cash.
