This 210-unit apartment community will feature about twice the usual amenity space. The 15,000-square-foot club house will include a yoga room, fitness room, dining room, and arts-and-crafts room. The community will also have a resort-style pool.

EB5AN and Kolter Offer Low-Risk EB-5 Options

Several Successful Prior Projects

EB5AN and Kolter have partnered on more than 10 prior EB-5 projects.

All EB5AN–Kolter projects have been financial successes. They have either been completed as planned or are on track. Each completed project has created enough qualifying jobs for all EB-5 investors to meet the requirements of the EB-5 program. Additionally, all prior adjudicated EB5AN–Kolter EB-5 projects were approved by USCIS.

Kolter has never defaulted on a loan. And all EB-5 investments in prior EB5AN–Kolter EB-5 projects remain in good standing or have been repaid.

100% Transparency

EB5AN believes that investors should have access to all the information that they need to make an informed investment decision. For EB5AN–Kolter projects, prospective EB-5 investors have access to all key legal and financial documents. This means that before investing, EB-5 investors can review the following documents:

  • An executed senior loan agreement between Kolter and the senior lender
  • An executed EB-5 loan repayment guaranty between a Kolter parent company and the EB-5 lender
  • Financial statements from the guarantor showing diverse assets and more than enough net equity to secure the entire balance of the EB-5 loan

EB-5 investors will receive quarterly financial reports. These reports provide maximum transparency on the status of an EB-5 investor’s investment.
