Mark Sarasota provides residents with stunning, luxurious living spaces in a prime location. Kolter completed the construction of Mark Sarasota in January 2020. The project was incredibly successful. Construction is complete, all EB-5 jobs have been created, and all condominium units have been sold and closed. The total sales value of all condominium units was approximately $160 million.
