Project Overview
Water Club North Palm Beach is a premier, luxury condominium and villa development. It was developed in two phases on adjacent lots. Phase I consisted of twin 22-story waterfront condominium towers (Towers 1 and 2) and 20 villas with unobstructed water views and designer finishes. Phase II consisted of another high-rise tower, similar in scope to Phase I.
