Kolter and Summit are off to a strong start at the Terra Ceia Multifamily, with major approvals secured and sitework well underway.
Since early summer, the team has achieved several key milestones. Final Site Plan Approval and Land Development Permits were awarded on June 5, followed by execution of the Construction Contract with Summit at Closing on June 12. A Pre-Construction Approval Meeting with Manatee County took place on July 11, and just days later, on July 14, demolition and sitework activities officially began.
On the permitting front, all building permit applications have cleared both building and fire review without any comments.
Recent site activities are advancing smoothly. Erosion control measures have been installed and approved by the County, while demolition of the existing single-family homes is now complete. Clearing and grubbing of the remaining trees and foliage is nearing completion, and underground foundation preparation is already underway.
With approvals in place and sitework progressing, the project is positioned for steady momentum in the months ahead.
