Pooling of funds is only possible through <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/why-most-eb-5-investors-choose-regional-center-investment\/\">regional center investments<\/a>.<br \/>\nWithin the EB-5 program, most investors choose to invest in regional center-sponsored projects. These projects offer a \u201chands-off\u201d approach to managerial duties. In contrast, <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/key-aspects-of-the-direct-eb-5-investment-model\/\">direct investments<\/a> are often favored by those who want full control over their investment. A direct investment can only have one sole investor.<br \/>\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/liTC_1AI8BE?rel=0;&amp;autoplay=1&amp;mute=1&amp;loop=1&amp;\" width=\"100%\" height=\"678\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nDirect investments can only count direct jobs towards employment creation, which are positions created by the project itself. These must be full-time, permanent, and filled by qualified U.S. workers.<br \/>\nWhile an investment\u2019s projected job creation is initially demonstrated within the business plan of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/i-526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the I-526 petition<\/a>, actual employment is proven through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/i-829\">Form I-829<\/a>. If United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) determines an investment has satisfied program regulations, the petition will be approved.
