Any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/policy-manual\/volume-8-part-j\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">misrepresentation<\/a> can result in the denial of the applicant\u2019s visa petition.<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/us-visas\/immigrate\/the-immigrant-visa-process\/step-10-prepare-for-the-interview\/step-11-applicant-interview.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applicant interview<\/a> is one of the final steps in the visa immigration process and the actual interview process\u2014including required documentation\u2014can vary depending on the applicant\u2019s home country. Potential investors already residing in the United States (such as those holding H-1B or F-1 visas) have an advantage. With the passing of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2022\/03\/16\/eb-5-reform-and-integrity-act-of-2022-signed-into-law-regional-center-program-reauthorized\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act<\/a> in March 2022, EB-5 investors who already reside in the United States can <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2022\/03\/14\/eb-5-concurrent-filing-will-let-investors-live-work-and-study-in-the-united-states-sooner-than-before-with-an-eb-5-investment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">file Form I-526E and I-485 concurrently<\/a>, cutting down significantly on historically long wait times.
