As the sun went down, guests swarmed the dancefloor in front of the lakefront stage. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s like an old concert back in the day\u201d said Twin Lakes resident Pat Young. \u201cAnd especially a Jimmy Buffett revue is unbelievable. Everybody\u2019s excited.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The Cresswind Twin Lakes clubhouse has already hosted several concerts for residents since its <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2023\/03\/10\/twin-lakes-rural-eb-5-project-opens-new-clubhouse-for-residents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opening in March 2023<\/a>. But the Sons of Sailors concert in June marked the first use of the clubhouse\u2019s brand-new outdoor bandshell. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hosting our first outdoor concert at Cresswind Georgia is a significant milestone,&#8221; according to Mark LaClaire, Kolter\u2019s Director of Lifestyle. &#8220;This event truly showcased the breadth of social and recreational opportunities available here, and it&#8217;s just the beginning.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Twin Lakes was the third stop on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sonsofsailors.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sons of Sailors\u2019<\/a> three-week Cresswind Summer Tour, taking them to other active adult communities by Kolter Homes around the Southeast. <\/p>\n<p>Since the 1980s, the band has performed \u201cParrotheads\u201d across the country, and even on cruise ships in the Caribbean.
