Additionally, an EB-5 investment is one of the few ways to quickly change your immigration status and continue to live and work in the United States<\/a>\u2014regardless of the conditions of your temporary visa.<\/p>\n The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) allows EB-5 investors to apply for an EAD and an AP at the same time they submit their initial EB-5 petition through Form I-526E<\/a>.<\/p>\n Investors can do this by submitting three additional documents along with Form I-526E: Form I-485, Form I-765, and Form I-131.
