They are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum Investment Amounts<\/strong>. Projects located outside of designated <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/current-2020-tea-qualification-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">targeted employment areas<\/a> (TEAs) require a minimum investment of $1.05 million. All EB5AN projects, however, qualify for a lower minimum investment ($800,000) because they are <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/eb-5-tea-map\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">located within TEAs<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lawfully-Sourced Funding<\/strong>. EB-5 investors are required to provide evidence that all capital funding was sourced lawfully.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Program-Approved Investments<\/strong>. Each qualified EB-5 investment participant must invest capital into either a new commercial enterprise or a troubled business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job Creation Requirements<\/strong>.
