This includes the administrative fee for regional center investments. The <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2022\/04\/26\/what-is-the-minimum-eb-5-investment-amount\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minimum investment amounts<\/a> vary depending on the type of EB-5 project that an investor chooses.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2022\/02\/11\/what-is-a-targeted-employment-area-and-why-should-you-invest-in-an-eb-5-project-in-a-tea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Targeted employment areas (TEAs)<\/a> are regions in need of economic stimulation and job creation\u2014a cornerstone of the EB-5 visa program. The two types of TEAs are rural and high unemployment. Under the <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2022\/03\/16\/eb-5-reform-and-integrity-act-of-2022-signed-into-law-regional-center-program-reauthorized\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act<\/a> of March 2022, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the agency that designates TEAs. If an EB-5 regional center or direct investment project is located within a TEA, the minimum investment amount is $800,000. Projects that are not located within a TEA have a minimum investment amount of $1,050,000.<br \/>\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sAR3PYARw_M?rel=0;&amp;autoplay=1&amp;mute=1&amp;loop=1&amp;\" width=\"100%\" height=\"678\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThe EB-5 investment program was created with the intent to provide foreign nationals a <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/the-eb-5-immigrant-investment-program-a-path-to-us-permanent-residency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pathway to U.S. permanent residency<\/a> for themselves and their immediate family members. In exchange, they invest capital into new commercial enterprises (NCEs). As part of the process, investors must be able to prove that their investment capital was lawfully obtained and that all relevant taxes have been paid.
