For the investor to qualify for the EB-5 visa, the petitions must include evidence that investment and <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/eb-5-job-creation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">job creation<\/a> milestones have been reached.
