Since then, 12 additional investors have had their petitions approved at a similarly rapid pace, underscoring USCIS\u2019s strong recognition of the project\u2019s credibility and structure. The 13 I-526Es were approved in an average of 5.8 months, and one investor\u2019s approval was received in just 4.7 months, marking the fastest I-526E approval ever for an investor in an EB5AN project.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h2\">Project Form I-956F Exemplar Approval in Just 1.6 Months<\/h3>\n<p>In October 2024, Tamarack Resort received <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2024\/05\/04\/eb5an-leads-the-eb-5-industry-with-form-i-956f-approvals-and-no-rfes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Form I-956F exemplar approval<\/a> from USCIS just 1.6 months after submission. This approval confirms that USCIS has reviewed the project\u2019s documentation and found it fully compliant with EB-5 program requirements.<\/p>\n<p>By approving Form I-956F, USCIS has agreed that Tamarack Resort is in a rural TEA. USCIS also accepted the project\u2019s job creation methodology and EB-5 investment structure. As a result, investors can have greater confidence that an investment in Tamarack Resort should result in a permanent Green Card.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h3\">All Required EB-5 Jobs Already Created<\/h3>\n<p>Job creation is a key component of EB-5 investment success. USCIS requires that each EB-5 investor\u2019s capital leads to the creation of <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/abouteb5\/#process\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs<\/a>. As of March 2025, Tamarack Resort had already created over 2,492 EB-5-eligible jobs\u2014well beyond the minimum requirement.<\/p>\n<p>This means all necessary jobs for both current and future EB-5 investors in the project have already been created, significantly reducing immigration-related risk.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image2-15.jpg\" alt=\"A group of buildings with snow on the roof\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h4\">Overview of the Tamarack Resort EB-5 Project<\/h3>\n<p>The project is being developed by MMG, a privately owned real estate investment group with experience in the resort market. MMG\u2019s previous ski resort investments include Blue Mountain Village, Village at Copper Mountain, Village at Snowshoe Mountain, Village at Stratton, Whistler Creekside Village, and The Village at Mammoth.<\/p>\n<p>The EB-5 investment is structured as a secured loan, backed by a pledge of 100% equity in the project company and senior mortgages on portions of property. This investment offers an individual four-year loan term, which is shorter than average, and each EB-5 investor\u2019s loan term operates independently from any other investor.<\/p>\n<p>Located in a rural <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5affiliatenetwork.com\/introduction-to-targeted-employment-areas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">targeted employment area<\/a> (TEA), the project allows EB-5 investors to invest $800,000 instead of the standard $1,050,000. Investors benefit from <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2022\/05\/16\/the-benefits-of-rural-eb-5-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">priority I-526E petition processing<\/a> and gain access to rural set-aside visas, which make up <a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/2020\/08\/15\/understanding-the-eb-5-visa-bulletin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20% of all EB-5 visas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If USCIS denies an EB-5 investor\u2019s Form I-526E petition, the project offers a refund guaranty for faster repayment of the investor\u2019s $800,000. Additionally, the developer has provided a job creation guaranty which guarantees that all EB-5 funds will be spent on qualifying EB-5 costs.<\/p>\n<p>With these features, Tamarack Resort stands out as a best-in-class rural EB-5 project in the market today.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h5\">Independent Regional Center<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eb5visainvestments.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EB5AN<\/a> serves as the regional center sponsor for Tamarack Resort. Since EB5AN is entirely independent from the developer, it can prioritize the interests of its EB-5 investors without any conflicts of interest.
