With their invested funds<\/a> returned, eligible investors in the VUE Sarasota project are the latest to benefit from EB5AN\u2019s successful collaboration with The Kolter Group. <\/p>\n Kolter was the developer for the VUE Sarasota project, a luxury condominium complex, and has worked with EB5AN on over 20 previous EB-5 projects. <\/p>\n The financial success of the VUE Sarasota project continues EB5AN\u2019s track record<\/a> of sponsoring industry-leading EB-5 projects. <\/p>\n \u201cWe are highly selective<\/a> when deciding which EB-5 projects to work with,\u201d says EB5AN managing partner Sam Silverman. \u201cEB5AN spares no effort in vetting each project and making sure it\u2019s financially viable. All of the condominium units were pre-sold before construction began in June 2014, and VUE Sarasota went on to become one of Kolter\u2019s most successful projects. <\/p>\n Like all EB5AN-Kolter projects, VUE Sarasota did not rely on EB-5 funding to reach completion. Additionally, all EB-5 investors in the project were assigned more than 40 eligible EB-5 jobs\u2014far surpassing the minimum requirement of 10 jobs per investor. <\/p>\n Founded in 1997, The Kolter Group has quickly become one of the largest privately owned developers in the United States. For example, none of their EB-5 investors may have been repaid or received I-526E approvals. <\/p>\n Conversely, the best EB-5 operators have an extensive track record of financially successful projects and USCIS approvals for their investors. <\/p>\n The project\u2019s developer\u2019s track record<\/a> is just as important. A developer without a solid track record of past success\u2014especially with EB-5 projects\u2014is less likely to repay investors promptly. <\/p>\n EB5AN and Kolter share a strong track record of successful EB-5 projects.
