The Wohali Utah team is working every day to create a sustainable community that combines sophisticated living with rugged natural surroundings.
Wohali Utah is a 428-residence golf community development located just north of Park City, Utah. The project is located in a rural TEA, offering EB-5 investors a reduced investment amount, access to reserved EB-5 visas, and priority processing of their immigrant petitions. The project has already created more than 300 jobs for EB-5 investors.

Progress on Amenities
Golf Course: In 2022, Wohali Utah made significant progress toward completing the community’s golf course. All of the course’s holes are shaped and have irrigation, and holes 1, 2, 10, 17, and 18, as well as the practice facility, are grassed and growing in. The golf course is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, providing members with access to holes 1 through 10, 17, and 18.
Manor House: Construction of the Manor House began in 2022 and is now roughly 50% finished. Once completed, the Manor House will serve as a small restaurant and golf practice facility. In 2023, the team plans to complete the building’s outdoor kitchen and golf practice facility.
Construction of Phase 1A infrastructure is currently roughly 50% complete. In addition to the construction of more homes in 2023, major construction activities are planned for the project. These include the gatehouse entryway, culinary water tank, Phase 1B infrastructure, the Phase 2A village (19 units), the burrow restaurant, and the lake house.
Year-end 2022 lot sales remained strong, with more than 20 lots sold or under contract for 2022. The team plans to release Phase 1B estate lots in Spring 2023 and open the Phase 2A village to sales in the summer of 2023. A semi-custom home product will also be released in the village, offering four floor distinct plans to diversify the product offering immensely. Shifting to Phase 1B will signal to the market that Wohali is not slowing its construction of the community and its amenities while strategically releasing sales to the public.
